Concept: CEO turned vlogger

A concept and video series I came up with and produced where the aim was to tell the Epidemic Sound journey in a personal and entertaining way, putting the CEO Oscar Höglund front and center and having him learning the ropes as a content creator — the biggest customer base for Epidemic Sound. What was a spontanious gut idea turned into a 1-year production stint where I wrote, shot and edited the series and learn a shit ton of business and entrepreneurial lessons — as well as being able to book time in a 1B$ companys CEOs calendar… All episodes here

About me

As the son of an aquarelle maestro and a paint shop dealer, I was always encouraged to create. I found a lot of solace and excitement in painting and when I was thirteen I discovered Photoshop and with that — all bets were off and all photomontages possible were on.

At 15 I got my first video camera and I could transfer over the footage to Windows Moviemaker (RIP) and then all obscured sketch ideas were recorded and edited.

Fast forward 20 years and I’ve worked with design for print, web and social, as well as written, shot and directed everything from big production ads, music videos, documentaries and of course, hilarous.. ehrm.. divisive sketches.

I love to write, and word puns is an absolute obsession. So I’ll leave you with a question: Are keyboards the interstellar nightclubs of our galaxy? I’m thinking since they have a space bar and all…
